The bronze sprite, also called the black-gilded pipistrelle, Arielulus circumdatus, is a vesper bat with a forearm of 41 to 44mm, black back fur with some orange-tipped hairs and paler brown belly fur. It was described by Temminck in 1840 as Vespertilio circumdatus and is found in South and South-east Asia, including Nepal, at 1,300 to 2,100m (Wikipedia, general species account).

A recent split moved the Himalayan populations into the northern coppery sprite, A. drungicus, so Nepal animals may belong to that species. The source gives no diet or behaviour detail (Wikipedia, general species account; Mammal Diversity Database).
