The brown parrotbill, or brown suthora, is a grey-brown bird 17 to 19cm long with a long tail, a small yellowish parrot-like bill and a dark stripe above the eyes and along the sides of the crown. It moves in small groups and sometimes joins mixed-species foraging flocks (Wikipedia, general species account).
It breeds in bamboo and rhododendron scrub at 2,700 to 3,400m in the central and eastern Himalaya, including Nepal, and moves down to about 2,000m in winter. Hodgson described it in 1843; its closest relative is the three-toed parrotbill. The source does not describe diet or breeding behaviour (Wikipedia, general species account).
