Sri Lanka only on the Reptile Database summary; the green vine snake group occurs across South and Southeast Asia

The long-nosed whipsnake, called the Sri Lankan green vine snake in the account opened, is a slender green tree snake. A 2020 study split the common green vine snake of India and Southeast Asia into several species and restricted the name Ahaetulla nasuta to the Sri Lankan population, which means it is not the snake found in Nepal (Wikipedia, general species account).

The Reptile Database summary lists only Sri Lanka for the species, so a Nepal record under this name is almost certainly a misidentified or older-named vine snake. The entry is flagged for checking, and nothing is stated here about the diet, size or breeding of whichever green vine snake occurs in Nepal.
